Warranty
If the product you receive has hidden defects or is damaged during use for reasons beyond your control, you may exercise your warranty rights, provided that the warranty was granted by, for example, the manufacturer, importer or seller, the warranty terms were specified in the warranty document that you received with the goods, and the defect that occurred is covered by the warranty and the warranty period has not yet expired.
Complaint
If after making a purchase it turns out that the received goods are damaged, do not work properly or you have found another non-conformity of the goods with the concluded contract, and you purchased the goods as a consumer, you have the right to file a complaint under the Act of 27 July 2002 "on specific conditions of consumer sale and amendments to the Civil Code". As a rule, defective goods should be sent back to the seller to allow them to examine the validity of the complaint. In case of doubt, contact us to determine the next steps.
Product return - guaranteed 10 days to return
In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 "On the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product", you have the right to return the goods within 10 days of receipt, without giving a reason for the return if you made the purchase as a consumer.
Remember:
• If you want to return the goods, you should, within 10 days of receiving them, submit, preferably in writing, a desire to withdraw from the purchase of the goods (withdrawal from the sales contract) and then return this declaration to us together with the goods.
• The product, if possible, should have the original packaging and be in an unchanged condition, unless this change was caused by checking the quality, completeness and functioning of the goods.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, you will receive the price paid for the purchase of the goods together with the shipping costs.
